Now that the winter coats are packed away and the dust has been shaken out of our t-shirts and tank tops, isn’t it great that more healthy options are always coming to Chicago? I was thrilled when tasked the with the job of capturing the fabulous space and delicious fresh food of the newest location for Just Salad right outside of Union Station.
Location here is key. Having an entrance to Union Station around the corner, plus centered on a major promenade in the city, foot traffic is hopping even at this early hour.
